Sabrina Ait-Ouali
Sabrina is the co-founder of both Ottawa Pelvic Health and Mississauga Pelvic Health, recognizing that pelvic health conditions require specialized, targeted, and holistic attention. As a Certified Pelvic Health and Orthopedic Physiotherapist, clinic owner, mentor, and mother, Sabrina has a deep understanding of the comprehensive care required to optimize pelvic health. Her mission is to support the women, men, and children in her community by delivering evidence-based, individualized care. Sabrina began her career as an Orthopedic Physiotherapist, developing expertise in sports injuries, neurological conditions, trauma-based therapies, pre/post-operative rehabilitation, injury prevention, pediatric physiotherapy, and prenatal/postnatal care. Her work with perinatal women and individuals suffering from pelvic, hip, and low back injuries fueled her passion for pelvic health, recognizing the critical importance of pelvic floor therapy. She specializes in women’s, men’s, and pediatric pelvic health, employing a combination of manual therapy, acupuncture, exercise prescription, functional rehabilitation, and self-management education to help clients achieve their wellness goals.
Sabrina holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (Hons.) from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics (Hons.) from the University of Ottawa. Marwa Khalifeh is a highly skilled Registered Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. She holds a Diploma in Manual Osteopathy from Toronto and a Craniosacral Therapy Certificate from Bastyr University in the USA.
Marwa specializes in treating a wide range of injuries and supporting post-surgical recovery. Using a hands-on, holistic approach, she focuses on restoring balance, alleviating pain, and improving mobility to help her clients recover and thrive. Her techniques promote the body’s natural healing processes, offering personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Dr. Andrea Picardo ND
Dr. Andrea Picardo, ND is passionate about enabling others to reach their full potential and guiding them on their personal health journey. She believes in equipping her patients with the information they need, while empowering them to make informed decisions about their health. She is ready to support her patients every step of the way, assist them with any barriers to health they may have and help them meet their goals and feel heard. Her practice focuses include reproductive and hormonal health, pregnancy support, and pediatric care.
Dr. Andrea obtained her degree from CCNM (the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine) here in Toronto. She completed her internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, where she was chosen for the competitive Pediatric Focus Shift. She also helped provide accessible and affordable naturopathic care to the community at the Sherbourne Community Health Clinic. Claudia Wagner Searle
Claudia discovered her passion for pelvic health during a student placement, where she saw firsthand how impactful it could be to help individuals overcome challenges that affect their quality of life. By creating a safe, supportive space for treatment, she realized the profound difference physiotherapy could make. As an avid runner who has personally dealt with injuries, Claudia understands the importance of getting back to the activities people love, which further fueled her desire to help others on their recovery journey.
Claudia’s approach blends evidence-based practice with a deep understanding of the emotional and physical aspects of pelvic health. She takes a goal-oriented approach to treatment, working closely with each patient to set personalized goals that align with their unique needs and lifestyle. Claudia is passionate about empowering her patients through education, helping them understand their bodies, and equipping them with the tools they need to achieve lasting improvement. By focusing on each individual’s goals, Claudia ensures that her patients not only recover, but regain the confidence and ability to enjoy their daily activities to the fullest.
Claudia graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Sciences in Human Kinetics and Masters in Health Sciences in Physical Therapy. She is a firm believer that education never ends and has taken several additional courses to enhance her treatment practices. Some of her training includes: PHS Level 1: The Physical Therapy Approach to Anyone Experiencing Urinary Incontinence, PHS Level 2: The Role of Physiotherapy in the Treatment of Anyone Experiencing Pelvic Pain Through a Trauma Informed Lens, The Running Athlete, Treating and training the female runner (or any female athlete), Labour and Birth Preparation for Clinical Practice, and Bowel and Bladder Treatment of the Client with Neurological Dysfunction.
When she’s not helping her patients achieve their wellness goals, Claudia enjoys spending time outdoors working towards her own goals. Whether running, biking, or skiing in the stunning Gatineau Park, she finds herself recharging outside. Claudia also loves to spend her weekends on camping trips either canoeing or hiking.
