Sabrina is the founder/owner of Ottawa Pelvic Health, where she focuses on recognizing that pelvic health conditions require specialized, targeted, and holistic attention. As a Certified Pelvic Health and Orthopedic Physiotherapist, clinic owner, mentor, and mother, Sabrina has a deep understanding of the comprehensive care required to optimize pelvic health. Her mission is to support the women, men, and children in her community by delivering evidence-based, individualized care.

Sabrina is also the owner of TMJ Physiotherapy and Osteopathy. ​ Sabrina began her career as an Orthopedic Physiotherapist, developing expertise in sports injuries, neurological conditions, trauma-based therapies, pre/post-operative rehabilitation, injury prevention, pediatric physiotherapy, and prenatal/postnatal care. Her work with perinatal women and individuals suffering from pelvic, hip, and low back injuries fueled her passion for pelvic health, recognizing the critical importance of pelvic floor therapy. ​ She specializes in women’s, men’s, and pediatric pelvic health, employing a combination of manual therapy, acupuncture, exercise prescription, functional rehabilitation, and self-management education to help clients achieve their wellness goals.

Diana is a bilingual experienced physiotherapist of 16 years. She has a deep curiosity about the human body. She began her career as a neurological physiotherapist working in a remote area. She has worked in several areas in Canada in neurological rehabilitation and a number of other settings, including hand therapy, and acute care. The last nine years have been exclusively focused on maternal and pediatric pelvic health. She has done many courses in pelvic health and in osteopathic techniques through the Barral institute.

She has done extensive training in myofascial work allowing her to address both TMJ and pelvic floor issues. She enjoys working with individuals with jaw pain and chronic headaches. Vishwa is a physiotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, with a special interest in men’s pelvic health and rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping men recover from urinary dysfunction, post-surgical pelvic issues (including post-prostatectomy), and pelvic or penile pain—concerns that are often overlooked but can significantly affect quality of life. She has advanced training in Male Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome, with a focus on pelvic pain, pain during intimacy, and pain following penile trauma.

In addition to her work with men, Vishwa treats a wide range of pelvic health conditions in all individuals, including pelvic pain, rectal disorders, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, endometriosis, incontinence, and sexual dysfunction. She supports patients through key life stages such as prenatal and postnatal recovery, peri- and post-menopause, and surgical rehabilitation.

As a registered member of the Ontario College of Physiotherapy, Priya brings a wealth of expertise in exercise-based orthopedic, neurological, and women’s health rehabilitation. Fatima began her physiotherapy career in Beirut before relocating to Montreal, where she completed both a Master’s degree and a postgraduate diploma at the Université de Montréal. Over the past decade, her passion for physiotherapy has led her to pursue extensive advanced training and certifications in Pelvic Health, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorders. Committed to lifelong learning, Fatima has developed expertise in treating a wide range of women’s health and musculoskeletal conditions.

Her primary clinical focus is Pelvic Health, with specialized care in women’s and pediatric pelvic health physiotherapy. Fatima is dedicated to supporting women through all stages of life, including adolescence, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and menopause. She also treats a variety of pelvic floor dysfunctions, including conditions related to cancer recovery, pelvic pain, dyspareunia (pain during intercourse), coccydynia (tailbone pain), and trauma-informed pelvic health care.

Fatima completed advanced pelvic health training through the Canadian Pelvic Health Academy, Pelvic Health Solutions, and Herman & Wallace (USA). She was also privileged to be mentored by Marie-Josée Lord, a recognized pioneer in pelvic floor physiotherapy in Canada. In November 2025, Fatima joined the MFM Lab, the pelvic health research center at the University of Ottawa, under the direction of Dr. Linda McLean. As part of a randomized controlled trial, she provides physiotherapy services for individuals experiencing Provoked Vestibulodynia (PVD), a condition characterized by pain or discomfort during vaginal insertion, such as tampon use, gynecological examinations, or intimacy.

Fatima is fluent in Arabic, French, and English. In addition to her clinical practice, she has developed and delivered educational workshops focused on pelvic health awareness and women’s wellness, reflecting her dedication to advocacy and patient education.

Maddy is a Registered Physiotherapist who completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at McGill University, followed by a Master of Science (MSc) in Physiotherapy at McMaster University. She pursued postgraduate training in pelvic health physiotherapy and has taken additional courses focused on persistent pain.

Maddy can help you address a wide range of symptoms/conditions and has a particular interest in treating vaginal pain with insertion (e.g. sex, pelvic exams, tampons).
